Description:
Our Saison is inspired Wallonian farmhouse ales. Designed for consumption on the farm by fieldhands, these beers were intended to be crisp, refreshing, and sustaining. Brewed using Pilsner Malt and white wheat, the beer is hopped with Styrian Goldings, and has a delicate addition of pepper, ginger and coriander. Fermented at an unusually high temperature, the resulting beer is dry, crisp, and complex.
