Each year this holiday beer recipe changes. This year we began with a dark ale one might associate with a porter... only we fermented the beer with Belgian Abbey yeast. Our dark Belgian ale was then aged on Dark Belgian chocolate, thus giving us this years Festivus Holiday Ale - our Dark Belgian
Chocolate Belgian Ale.
