The brewers took a normal German Pilsner and gave it a little more fortitude. We increased the alcohol content by a percent and gave it more bitterness. This all German pilsner malt brew acquires its bitterness from German Northern Brewer and Hallertau hops. If you were looking for a beer that is easy drinking but assertive, this beer is for you.
