Editor's note: Prior to 2007 this was akin to a cross between a single and a saison. From 2007 onwards it has been a gruit. The 2007 version included aged hops in the recipe; the 2008 omits hops entirely. Both of these are seasoned with sweet gale, yarrow, and Labrador tea to bitter, and then finished with jasmine, lavender, orange blossom, and chamomile.
