With an original 11 ° P and 4.8% alcohol extract, Albacher beer is a non-pasteurized, premium-style German-Helles-type lager with light, pale straw and crystalline limpidide. It has a medium degree of bitterness, made up of the aroma of four types of German hops, with a sweet, sweet, pleasant taste, enchanted by the Perle hops. Satisfaction, stoutness and fullness of beer are medium, with aromas of Pilsen malt and balancing malt and hops flavors. It is also distinguished by a pearl taste, due to its high carbon dioxide content.
