Part three in the Saison series... This saison has Brettanomyces clausenii added for a very "barnyard" and sour Belgian character. Hazy earthbound notes balance out the edges of lemon zest that will have your mouth watering. Though this beer has a very specific taste profile, it is still fantastically drinkable.
