This is one of the three takes of Session Saisons from Goose Island, all with three distinct results. The "Lambicus" is aged in stainless steel with the earthbound yeast strain known as Brettanomyces lambicus. This bad boy gives this bright refreshing beer a wonderful note of Belgian tartness, hints of "farm-i-ness" (yes, I made that word up), and a crisp refreshing dryness.
