Each year on April 30 since 1890 the entirety of The Netherlands have celebrated Queen Beatrix. It is a day of celebration for the Queen, country and most importantly its beer! But as of 2013, the Queen has abdicated to her son Prince (now King) Willem-Alexander. This year we will celebrate King’s Day for the first time in more than 130 years!
