Hillside Supper Club’s Producer Dinner Series

Hillside Supper Club is bringing back their “Producer Dinner” series where they invite their favorite purveyors – farmers, vintners or, in this case, brewers – to collaborate with them to create a dining experience highlighting their goods and sharing their craft with diners. For the first dinner, Hillside has teamed up with the Fort Point Beer Company to create a highly-seasonal four course menu tailored to their unique beers- like House-made Liverwurst with endive, Brussels, pecans, lardon, and mustard vin paired with the Villager IPA and Confit Pork Shoulder with black barley grain, sunchoke puree and fall squash paired with Manzanita Ale. Chefs Tony Ferrari and Jonathan Sutton as well as Mike Schnebeck and the rest of the Fort Point Team will be on hand to explain each course pairing. Please note that, in alignment with Hillside’s philosophy of enjoying the camaraderie of eating and drinking together, seating will be communal.
