Joey wrote this on Beer Advocate... "We also bottled Batch #2 of 110K+OT which we have dubbed I.R.I.S. (India Russian Imperial Stout). It is dry hopped with Mt. Ranier and aged on toasted Spanish cedar. 87 cases were bottled and it will be ready to ship out around May 18th. And next up is Guava Grove Ale. A Saison brewed with Guava."	Private message

Was Cucapa on tap at redlight? Great choice of beers for Cinco De Mayo! I drank a couple pints of Corner Cafe’s Dunkelweizen down in Tequesta. Later, Wendy and I went to our favorite Mexican place in Vero Beach and ate the bejeezus out of some Mexican food. Plenty of Tequila too. The place was a mad house.
