Scheduled the same day as Top of the Hops in Charlottesville, and Rocktown Music and Beer festival in Harrisonburg.

If you ever seen a fest being held @ the Fredericksburg Fairgrounds, it’s a pretty safe bet that you should stay as far away as possible.

Not a tough choice at all. If you can make the drive to Norfolk, do so. Especially if you’ve never been to the Birch.

Well that is a shame. It could have been a real cool way to display what VA can do with apples/pears. There’s over 10 VA cideries, even more if you throw in regional cideries from places like MD.

You’re right. Other than Bold Rock, all of the stuff listed isn’t even from VA.

I’ll be working Rocktown, but I’ve been to 43 Sour and 43 Dark before. Both were outstanding events.
