June 10, 2009 Visited twice last year. First had a tour of the brewery, which was nice, also to see the new bottling and storage warehouse, a few km. down the road. Later had some Mc and La Chouffe’s with some nice food at the brasserie. Ambiance was almost absent, being the only two visitors at the time. Nicely decorated interior, the only thing that keeps amazing me in Belgium are the hideous plastic chairs and tables everywhere, giving you the impression you’re in a cheap shabby snackbar of some sort. BTW the Chouffe cheese (patachouffe) is, besides very smelly, excellent! |

January 24, 2009 Family friendly brewery/resturant/beer shop. Service was a bit overwhelmed on this day, so we decided to just buy some of their beer from the shop. The shop is very small, so you pretty much have to wait your turn. I wouldn’t mind coming back to try the food. |

October 7, 2008 Very nice place to be. The atmosphere is relax, friendly. The place looks a little chaotic. The food is good and so is the beer. The staff is friendly and informative. |

September 19, 2007 We ate there during the Grand Choufferie. The food was damn tasty and the prices were reasonable (for Belgium). The service was also quite good--especially considering it was packed at the time. My only complaint was that La Chouffe and Mc Chouffe were the only brewery beers available in the restaurant... no Nice or Houblon. But you can buy those in the berwery shop next door, so maybe they’d let you open one at the table? C’est possible. |

September 11, 2007 Visited this place with a group of 33 persons. I had ordered the food two weeks earlier via mail and they had totally control over the chickens, the rabbits and the jambonneau for all of us. All of it of course made with beer and with the La, Mc and N’ICE Chouffe on tap. It’s also possible to buy other belgian beers. Jean Luc, the cook, and his staff made a great eve for us in this very cozy restaurent.
THIS IS A MUST PLACE FOR BELGOFILE BEERGEEKS |

April 2, 2007 Great place. Check out La Grange and La Petite Fontaine.
Saturday nights are live music nights in La Petite Fontaine. Cool.
Tours every weekend or on request, great laugh, oh and of course great beer if you don’t drink too much!

October 26, 2006 Great little restaurant out the back of the brewery. Enjoyed their beers and had a good meal. If you’re in the area, try and get there for a dinner. |

September 16, 2005 Nice little brewery, many toerists. The village of Achouffe depends on the brewery. |
