My regular place for bottles during my time in Schenectady. Best selection around in a warehouse type set up. They have a growler station that rotates fairly frequently. Staff was always helpful. Prices were relatively fair.

Nice place not too far from the airport. Good selection of American stuff, like Firestone Walker and Sixpoint, good foreign stuff and just okay on the Belgians, but the guy behind the counter knew his business and threw in a free glass on just a $60 purchase. Definitely worth the stop.

Love the new selections in on a weekly basis. The $3 off on a mixed 6 pack is great and the selection of beers available is certainly the best in the Albany area. The staff has been incredibly helpful every time I’ve been in and they have made a huge effort to track down craft beer selections that are usually unavailable to this part of the country.

My brother in law thoughtfully gave me $30 gift certificate here for christmas. I’d never heard of before since i don’t live in area but great choice. its a beverage center so no ambiance but staff was friendly and helpful. prices compared to city were great. i got a bunch of local to upstate brews which was nice and some belgians.

Another solid beer stop. Almost mind-boggling, largely because the store is a little disorganized. I love the flat $3 off a mixed six pack, that really works for me. Lots of selection in both imports and regional micros. I thought the national micro selection was a little thin, but I’m okay with that. This is where I’ll be stopping on my trips to the Adirondacks.

Stopped here on a whim and was impressed. The staff was very helpful. The place looked alittle beat up but the selection was very good. I don’t think it had as much as Olivers but it definitely had more than most. Definitely worth stopping in.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon on a drive back from Montreal. Nice selection with a good variety of imports. Ended up picking up a few different ciders that I can’t get by me. Worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Ambiance? It’s a beverage center, I just want a good selection and good service and these guys deliver. There’s a nice selection of beers here and the staff is very knowledgeable.

This place is like the little brother of Oliver’s Beverage on Colvin Ave in Albany, in that the selection isn’t quite as good. I used to stop by here on the way home from work a few years back, and they’ve got a decent little selection. Nothing particularly amazing or difficult-to-find, but they certainly have a more diverse selection than most average bev centers. It’s worth a check.

Visited in February 2010: A beer Mecca in Albany. Great selection of beers from across the world. Deep selection with broad choices from many breweries. Great place to find many lambics, a tough find in upstate. Prices were reasonable and the service was great, I think I was approached 3 times in about 30 minutes to make sure that I was finding everything.
