A pretty good pizza place. Not quite as unique or funky as some of the Mellow Mushrooms I’ve been to. Easily eclipsed by the location in Asheville, NC. But, still a good place when in need of a pizza and beer in Anderson. The service can be good or bad. I took my parents a few weeks ago and the server was offering my dad free samples until he found a beer he liked for his meal. And he really knew the beer especially the local options and gave excellent service. But the next visit, a different server had no beer knowledge, and was perhaps living up to the chain’s psychedelic image too closely. They have a beer club with rewards for local patrons.
