Walked in during the middle of one of their free tastings so it was a mob scene by the door (why the tasting was by the main entrance instead of the middle of the store where it was empty, I have no idea...). Beer selection was good for the amount of space they devoted to beer, but as a wine and cheese shop, beer really comes off as an afterthought. 4 upright soda coolers devoted mostly to 6 packs with some bombers and 750s. Prices seemed reasonable. Free blue cheese definitely made it a worthwhile stop, but if it wasn’t on the way to something, I wouldn’t stop here. Probably good for locals, or for wine people grabbing some micro sixes for company, but not really a beer store.

Small gourmet wine and cheese shop with a limited selection of good but not great beers. Chimay, Chouffe, St Bernardus, Delerium, etc, along with some micros such as Stone, Bear Republic and Green Flash, but honestly there wasn’t anything I couldn’t find at other stores in the area. Probably a good spot for folks living nearby but it’s not something to seek out.

Primarily a wine store, Arrowine also contains a deli case, wonderful artisanal cheeses, baguettes and BEER. Three cases in the back are devoted to packages (2) and singles (1). Americans and Belgians dominate, with lots of Rogue, Anderson Valley, Unibroue, and St. Bernadus. So that’s the level you’re dealing with. Staff are helpful, but of course geared toward the wine consumer. There are also stocks of warm brew, usually out in front of the cold cases as well as on the other side of the store in the back. Regular specials are marked with red tags, I suspect sales are scheduled to help rotate stock.
