64 We had a conference nearby, so we stopped in here for lunch. The draft list is small but decent enough, and included a couple of seasonals, and one local beer from Lost Rhino. The food was pretty good, and the prices not bad. |
66 Boulevard is a great food spot and the beer is a nice compliment. Great brunch too, can’t say I’ve had a beer for brunch though, try the bloody mary. Good spot and a decent beer selection on tap. |
80 Was walking around Clarendon/Courthouse area in Arlington on a Thursday night, looking for an empty spot at a bar that had a decent tap selection. I’ve been to Boulevard Wood Grill, and the bar was plenty open. They have about 12 or so taps, and right now are doing a "12 Beers of Christmas" thing in terms of what they have on tap. I had a Great Divide Hibernation Ale and a HeBrew Jewbelation Bar Mitzvah Thirteenth Aniversary Ale. The bartender said the owners love Bells, and always have at least two on tap - right now I think they have three, being the Rye Stout, Winter White and the Two Hearted ale. Also had Arrogant Bastard on draft too, along with Dogfish 60 minute IPA. Food is pretty good but not cheap bar food. The place itself is very comfortable. With a rotating list of drafts and a comfortable bar area, I am planning on returning. |
