I love the huge selection of higher alcohol beers at Galaxy Hut. Friendly staff, good bar food (including lots of vegetarian options), and a constant selection of 20 rotating taps. Capacity has been tight recently, but I think they’re expanding the back patio. Come early if you want a seat at the bar. I think they somewhat rotate the beers in themes - had 3 very different barleywines on tap a few weeks ago, and I think 3 or 4 different Double IPAs last night. Dark interior. A nice change from the typical Arlington bars.

My first visit and as advertised, though they don’t have that many taps the ones they have are not so common. I am tall but I still could have used a booster chair for the bar. Get some taller stools! I loved the way people lined up to order at the bar. We need a new rating parameter, not ambiance but Character, cause this bar has it.

Getting a seat at the bar can be difficult here, it’s quite small, and dark inside, felt more like a underground prohibition era den. Good selection of ales, regularly changing, the bottle stuff is pretty standard with a few gems, all nitro keg on tap, but a reasonably good unusual selection. Staff were good, but not engaging. Fairly busy later on. Prices are ok, and a good Arlington bar.

Went on a Thursday so it wasn’t crowded, so me any my friends could go right up to the bar and the service was great. Bartenders were quick and beer fans themselves. Any time I can find Green Flash on tap is really exciting for me. I had a corn dog and tots, which were delicious. But that said it was a corn dog and tots. Rated this place so high overall because Arlington is a real waste land in terms of finding good beers at bars.

Nice selection, great service, decent ambiance, and now it’s non-smoking. Prices are okay. Don’t think I’ve ever seen craft beer offered by the pitcher before, but it’s done here! A must stop if you’re in the area.

A very nice place. Beer selection is pretty wonderful and the prices are pretty decent for what you’re getting.l Bathroom is small and after a long night can look pretty miserable, but I haven’t had to wait yet. Food is typical of a bar, but its not bad. The place is pretty small, so try to get there early to get a good seat.
