Finally found the time to drop by- set in a high end retail maze (maybe it’s just me...), it’s a little smaller than the typical Spec’s store, but this sure in the hell isn’t Spec’s! Very nice feel and layout of the interior. Selection- first you browse the cooler, then you walk IN the cooler, then you find an adjacent shelf with more beer. Roughly 2.5-3 times more selection than my neighborhood Spec’s, with several hard to find items that, um, "them", don’t have or ran out of. Service- awesome. A young gentleman came over while we were looking and offered help, plus degbert was hard at work but did offer up a friendly hello when I walked by (didn’t say hello, just wanting to keep this review honest). Value- the majority of products are slightly cheaper than "them", plus they have a 10% discount for purchases of 6 or more single beers- fantastic! Overall- take pride in your store folks, it’s very nice. A clear alternative to "them"!!! Just get some more places like this around Austin, we need it!

Good knowledgeable staff. They seem to get a good selection of microbrews and have a large selection of bottled beers (don’t forget to check out the cooler behind the back fridge wall). They also have a variety of tastings on weekends.
