Wow! This place is amazing! The beer selection is out of this world! 102 taps of excellence. Service is super friendly and outstanding...if you respectfully wait your turn you will have a bartenders full attention...they’ll answer quesgions, make reccomendations, and tell you all the cant miss spots around town. Food was decent pub grub...nit phenomenal but good. Very friednly locals here too...cant wait to make it back!

MD rocks for beer it seems. Here on a Tuesday for dinner by myself and saddled up to the bar. This is a proper American sports and college bar atmosphere with good classic rock, no BS, regulars of beer nerds and locals alike of all ages. What is abnormal is the astounding bottle list. It just gets deeper and deeper like nothing I’ve every seen. Rarities and breadth, aged and curated from brewery after brewer abound. The draft list was not heavily local but was certainly top notch with uncommon kegs, classics, and beers accessible to the breadth of clientele. Prices for everything were very reasonable. The food was excellent pub grub generous portions for a good price. The bar tenders really pushed it over the top. Totally on point, pro and friendly. Nothing more to ask!

Take this rating very lightly... I have been to maxs twice now... both times during the friday of 72 hours of belgium... An awesome selection of belgium beers... some classics...some rares with a lot of bottles available. Not sure what is considered normal since I have never been there during a normal day. But food and service is always good even during the big events... I will have to make it there one "regular" day... but until then, this rating stands

What is not to like a bout a place with the variety Max’s offers. 140 taps, all pouring an ever changing selection of top quality brews. Bonus points for their calendar of special events such as tastings and featured breweries. Ditto for the bottles list, which includes some exquisite cellared selections, something you don’t find many places.

Really fun place, lots of taps and solid selection. Well priced, food was really solid bar food. Lots of seating, good tv’s for the sports fan, gets really full on weekends with a nice young crowd, even some decent looking girls for a beers spot.
