I stayed here for a couple of nights recently. The rooms were nice and of good value. I wasn’t in love with their beer though. I had the Lager and the Pils and thought that they were just OK. A lot better beer around town. They were friendly and the service was nice. I will certainly stay here again but then head out to hit all the wonderful Bamberg pubs.

Not much to say really. Typical German pub/restaurant. Courtyard was packed when I visited but managed too find a table in one if the smaller rooms with a group of local old men playing cards. Food was decent but not memorable, beer prices were fair.

Stayed overnight in the brewery as it is a hotel too. English is not spoken well. Most don’t speak at all. The beer was very good by German standards although it’s not a big place. As with most places in Bamberg, the prices were great! Worth a stop and definitely worth staying if you are spending the night in town.

Nice small place, lots of local Bambergians drinking beer. Stopped by for a small visit while walking through Bamberg.

Busy on a Friday evening, no wonder. A brewpub in the classic style. Tables filled to the brim, people mingling on the standing area where you can buy beer from a window. Two on tap, three in bottles though they were all out of bottles.

I normally stay in the hotel located in the brewery, very central and all breweries within 30 min walking distance. Their main room is very nice and also the patio inside the building has a lot of atmosphere. Zwergla is my favorite beer at Faessla.

Dark wooden interior. Courtyard looking nice but was totally smoked out by lots of smokers which is unfortunate when you want to sample beer. Beer is partly served from small wooden casks. Prices are fair too. Decent drinking hole.

Big brewpub with a nice beergarden. 3 beers on tap, and a few bottles aswell. nice service.

This was my first stop in Bamberg. Had their Pils and a plate of bratwurst. Nice service, nice interiors.
