Pretty much the only place around to buy homebrew supplies unless you’re up for a couple hour drive. It’s good enough, there’s decent turnover so grain doesn’t get stale. The hops selection changes a lot, they’ll wait until the cooler is nearly empty before restocking so it’s a good idea to buy what you want when you see it and keep it in your own fridge. Lots of different bottles for sale. Supplies for winemaking too, although I don’t know anything about that, there are corks and foils etc.. Lots of beer and wine kits, which is probably the way to go unless you know what you want. It’s hit or miss whether you’ll find the staff helpful, there isn’t a full time beer person.

This is a health food store and homebrew shop that stocks a pretty good selection of micro brews and imported beers. For the central Maine area, this store has a good selection, without all of the macros getting in the way. It’s also a great place for beer and winemaking supplies.
