The old brewery buildings still stand, but the beer is brewed at the Maisel brewery in the Hindenburgstrasse. The brewhouse still looks very nice. Every day at 16:00 there is a tour through the Katakomben, the tunnels beneath the brewery, the tour ends with a beer in the former Schalander. Can be combined with a tour of the Maisel Museum next door. There is also a large function room in a higher level of the cellars for all sorts of festivities.
