Ordered through Etre twice now (once on my own, and once a split order with someone else). The communication may be a bit sparse in terms of knowing for certain that your order has been processed and on the way, but damn it was fast getting here. Ordered late on a Friday or Saturday night here in the US, the bomb-proof box arrived the following Saturday. Box was remarkably well packed, everything in the order was correct. The prices (even once factoring in the shipping divided per bottle) are better than what I would pay to get the same beers here in the US (if I could even find some of them), and there’s no hassle in going out to stores, hoping someone has tucked away a few bottles behind the counter. Quick and easy. I’ll certainly be ordering here again.

Before ordering beers here, I send a message to Robert asking him if it is possible to pick up the beers. This was no problem, only had to give him a time indication of which day the beers would be picked up. The communication, transaction and all other things included went smooth and I am pleased about how easy it all went. Though a lot of things went very smooth, there was one thing that I thought, this could have been taken care of. Just days before picking up the order, I asked if it was possible to change some stuff since I made a small mistake. I got a message back that this was in no way possible and the boxes with beer were already at the place where they could be picked up. Since Robert had some days before the boxes were to be picked up I thought this should not be a problem and hoped he could help me. Unfortunately, it could not be done! (It was just a switch of two bottles for one, ending in the same price class, he even made a profit if he could change it for me)... Anyways, aside from this, the beers are cheap to normal priced. Didn’t experience any trouble and/or problems. Didn’t experience the shipping costs either, but saw they were pretty high. Anyways, all by all a good place and good service and communication. Just hoped they could help me with the 2 wrong ordered bottles.

Nice selection of exclusive beers. Especially Belgian beers but there’s also some other stuff. Prices are rather high but still fair considering the beers they sell. Shipping is sadly quite expensive though. Atleast it is to Sweden... Staff is friendly but can take a couple of days to reply and didn’t reply at all when I e-mailed about a bottle that was damaged during shipping (faulty bottle, not bad packaging). Packaging is great and very safe. I will continue ordering from them and that in turn will dig deep holes in my wallet.

My transaction with Etre went extremely smooth. Shipping was fast and packaging was super secure. The selection is simply amazing when talking Belgian beers and prices are cheap as nowhere else on the Internet. Staff is friendly and answers quickly to emails. I’ve read somewhere of people saying rubbish on them for their packaging and consumer communication. Well, is that was true, I feel sorry for those guys but that phase has come to an end. The shipping was perfect and email communication went extremely smooth.

Always friendly staff , veyr quick in responding , when asked nice they put a beer aside for you untill you’re paypal has uploaded , etc ... very good selection altough i liked the selection a bit better when they were less known, good prices , and as far as it comes to Belgium low shipping costs , great !!

Ordered online and received the beers in about 3 weeks in a totally indestructible box. Great selection of interesting and delicious Fantome beers. Website is easy to use. I would order from them again.

The variety of beers is astonishing but unforunately there isn’t a place to taste beers. A good thing about this place is that the owner Robert is very honest and gives me usually good advices concerning my orders. I enjoy the personal contact I have with him and most definitely the awesome beers.
