Stopped in here after visiting John's. Definitely beered out after hitting these two back to back. Not as big as a selection as John's, but they do have different stuff. A good amount of taps too. Subdued vibe, mellow, great service

A nice place. Great bottle selection, mostly in coolers. 36 taps of Binary beers and guest taps. I'd lovr this place if I was local.

Stopped in this place on Douglas suggestion. They have a pretty nice bottle selection along with a long list of house beers and guess taps. They have the coolers broken out in style and the shelves by brewery. The tap prices very good bottles were average.

Cool place. So they are now mostly a bottle shop with about 30 beers on tap. Had 9 of their own beers which were mostly good. Still has a small corner of homebrew stuff. Good service, and seems quite busy. The taps were all good and the bottle selection was very good. Reasonable prices. Great place on the westside. No minors allowed. No food except some small munchies.

This is an old convenience store converted to a specialty beer store with some brewing supplies as well. There is a bar, frequent special evenings with tastings and food, and a decent selection of some very fine beers. The people are friendly. I haven’t sampled their food (sponsored pizza nights, etc) but I’ve found some very nice beers here that made the trip pleasant. They are planning to brew both beer and cider onsite, and I look forward to their offerings.

Went in for the first time a few days before Christmas. Was greeted quickly and ask how can they help. I was looking for a beer called Precursor....they did not have.. but quickly they looked it up on internet and showed me some other similar beers. They helped me make some great choices that were enjoyed on Christmas day. I will be a regular!

So there is a new bottle shop in the West Portland area. Located in a previously closed Plaid Pantry, the refurbished the building and turned it into a pretty nice bottle shop / home brew supply store! There is a nice selection of bottles that they say is still growing (they have a lot of room to work with), 6 taps for tasting and growler fills, a bunch of glassware and the start of a wine section. They are not stocked on the brewing supplies but last time I went in they just got a pallet of malts and their yeast shipment, no equipment yet. Home brew classes on Sundays which I plan on attending. And a grand opening this Saturday 12/10 with 6 breweries. Worth checking out, I’ll be back for sure.
