| JFParnell (13), Washington | | November 21, 2011 If you want to go to a place with a bunch of snobby urban hipsters, this is it. Okay selection of beer, but not very much of any of them. Way over priced. Not good value at all. | | mcberko (59), Vancouver, British Columbia | | July 4, 2011 Excellent selection of US micros, often titles that are sold out or cannot be found at Bottleworks or 99 Bottles (like Deschutes Black Butte XXIII or Nectar Ales Black Xantus). Prices are in line with other stores. Definitely a worthwhile visit. | | CheersMate (132), Fremont (Seattle), Washington | | December 15, 2010 This place is great, for a Whole Foods. The beer buyer seems like he really cares about what the patrons think. He really seems to take pride in his buying abilities. I found things here that I haven’t seen at some of the "best" beer places in Seattle, and other outlying areas. Some beers, as I have found out through others on this site, were fairly under-priced. The beers that I was expecting to be overpriced, were not. Solid selection of American craft brews. The Euro section is a bit underplayed. The food is, well, Whole Foods food, which I’ve never been disappointed with. Lots of great stuff here. As far as my first choice, I wouldn’t make it such, but as a place where I could go to find an interesting selection with beers that are sold-out, or non-existent in other areas, sure...why not? Give this place a stop when you’re in Bellevue. | | Zeswaft (110), Seattle, Washington | | December 29, 2008 I think this store is better than the one in south lake union in terms of selection. I think this had a huge wall of six packs. Huge selection of regional players. Imports are lacking. Lots of bombers and 750s | | BlackDonald (59), Boise, Idaho | | August 3, 2008 One of the best Whole Foods that I have been too. Well laid out and really clean. Great selection, a little pricey IMO. Still worth the trip. | | leitrim65 (16), Seattle, Washington | | January 31, 2008 Damn good market with one of the best selections of beer you’ll find in a grocery store. The selection here is consistantly better than the Redmond WF location. Only complaint I have is the beer guy seems to be a little gruff the couple of times I’ve asked him a question. In terms of food you can’t beat their hot food bar, nor their grocery selection. | | 19Ei8hty (63), Washington | | January 27, 2008 We do most our weekly grocery shopping at the Redmond WF market so I am quite familiar with what they have to offer from week to week. That being said, the Bellevue store seems to carry 90% of the same drinks the redmond store stocks but the 10% variance is worth the occasional trip. | | AmEricanbrew (78), roam, Louisiana | | November 14, 2007 Great beer selection, most all are chilled. Reasonable prices for Bellevue’s affluent residents. Decent selection of bombers and 750ml bottles. great food/deli department. A fantastic grocery store overall. | | Feinschmecker (53), Seattle, Washington | | October 22, 2007 Great selection and easy access from the interstate 405. I can find some really hard to find local beers from Washington or Oregon. The food is great too! | scrizzz (6), Bothell, Washington does not count - explanation | | August 13, 2007 Amazing selection for a specialty bar, much less a grocery store. Knowledgeable staff, well stocked, it’s too bad you can’t enjoy a beer with your food in Washington state. |
