I live just 5 blocks from this place, so it’s amazing that I only found it now. The atmosphere is very young and hip. An old fart of 44 like myself might feel out of place normally. But while the crowd may be young, many people in the place have an appreciation for craft beers. And there is quite a large selection on tap and in bottles. It may not be the equal of Peculier Pub, but it’s still impressive. The location is conveniently across from the LIRR. Great place for craft beer. I’ve been to this bar many a time since turning 21 and I have to say that I have never been disappointed or unable to find beer or drinks that I enjoyed thoroughly. They always have courteus service, healthy samples, and hard to find taps and bottles. Overall it’s by far one of the best bars on LI. | brewwitch (2),

One of the top bars I’ve been to on Long Island. Nice selection of handles as well as bottled product. Place is across the street from the LIRR train station. |
