Probably the grocery store in Bergen with the best range of beers. Since the alcohol limit is on 4.7% the selection is thereafter, but they still have most of the beers up to this strength from craft breweries such as Nøgne Ø, Haandbryggeriet, Ægir, and Kinn. You can also find beers from for example USA and Great Britain. This store can not however compete with the range of Vinmonopolet, and may be not worth a visit as long as you don’t are in the area, if you’re not looking for a particular beer. Many of the beers you find at this ICA is possible to get in another grocery store, but here you have them all.

Located a bit outside the city center, this place is perhaps not the natural place to go if you just happen to be in Bergen for a day. That being said, they have a great selection of Norwegian micros and overall a good selection of > ABV 0.475% beers. For the moment this is the only place who has beers from Kinn - and that alone was enough for me. Perhaps it is for you to?

06.02.2012. This is a large supermarked with good selection of both beer and food. On this day they had four different beers from KInn and a good selection from Haandbryggeriet, Nøgne Ø, Lervig Aass and Hansa. There is also the commonly distributed beers from england and the US. Ok place, but not the nest. If you are in Bergen you should visit vinmonopolet in Valkendorfsgate!

Only discovered the beer selection in this shop recently, and I must say it is by far the best of the supermarkets/grocery stores in Bergen (at least that I know of). Carries all the Norwegian micros with nationwide or regional (west coast) distribution, including small Lervig Aktivebryggeri which can be hard to find. In addition to the entire stock of commonly found beers from the Norwegian grocery strength market, ICA Maaseskjæret also has some imports like Goose Island and Flying Dog, in addition to the harder-to-find low ABV beers (only beers of 4,7 % ABV or lower are legal to sell in Norwegian supermarkets and grocery stores) from Nøgne Ø and Haandbryggeriet, like NØ Blonde and HB London Porter. Recommended if you’re looking for a little extra among the crap selection most Norwegian grocery sections carry, but don’t get me wrong: this is no Vinmonopolet or specialty store but a well-stocked ordinary supermarket.
