Hy Vee Wine & Spirits - Bettendorf

Visited early February with Mrs. Owl. Same old Hy Vee atmosphere - clean, bright, white. Friendly service, knowledgeable if you happen to find the right person. I was able to get a few ticks from the mix 6 and some good fresh regional beers (some hazy IPAs canned literally days ago). I was also VERY surprised to see a big aisle full of tons of lambics, including Boon Vat and some other decent stuff. That aisle is particularly well stocked and under purchased, so go lambic yourself out! (No Cantillon or anything, but still). It's not a destination, but I'll be back if passing by or visiting the nearby breweries, etc.

Great variety here now. I left wanting more.Good turnover rate. Usually new stuff every time I go quarterly or more. One of the better wine and spirits.

Not bad for a grocery store place. Mix and match 6’ers, some decent bombers. Good for what it is.
