for alabama, this place was quite excellent. my pizza was great, and i tried several regional beers, all of which were good. pretty cool neighborhood as well.

Great hippy looking spot with Fox News [sic] on TV followed by Glen Beck (Ish al Koos?). Their slogan is "Come with an open mind and an empty stomach." It should be "Come with a closed mind and a closed fist." It’s pretty far right on the political spectrum. Beside my fear of being lynched (I am a communist), they had a decent beer selection and great pizza. In the top 5 pizzas I’ve ever had! They take pizza seriously in the South.

Kinda small (compared to other mushrooms i’ve visited) both in building size and beer selection. Pizza was good as usual. I thought I was walking into a hooters at first because of their neon orange bulb sign out front. I’d imagine their beer lineup would improve if AL is ever able to actually free the hops...

I really miss this place. The pizza was excellent, but the calzones were even better. Not a huge selection of beer, but there was quality.

This place brings back memories of home. Not the best selection, but they’ve got some Sammy Smiths and Sweetwaters.

The food was good but overpriced. The beer selection is great, for Alabam, but mostly swill although some of it higher end. They do have 3 Sweetwater’s, 2 on draught, and a couple of Sam Smith’s. The service blew. You’s be better off going somewhere like Vulcan to buy beer and then pick up some take out. You would come out saving money.
