like the previous poster JoeinEscazú said , a hidden treasure deep within the ardennes of belgium , i’ve visited that town for as long as i know with my parents but didn’t know it untill 3 years ago , they have a very nice selection of regional beers and other belgian beers , quite a few also and all nicely orderd by provence and alphabeticly a nice terasse directly in the sun so very ejoyable when weather is good , nostalgic feeling in the bar as it hangs full of vintage stone beermugs and is decorated in the typic ardennes style , anway a must visit when you’re in the area of gedinne , bouillon or durbuy

A hidden gem, and hat tip to Tim Webb’s book for the tip. A nice place with a classy atmosphere for a beer bar, and a sidewalk terrace to watch the kayakers stroll by. Too bad there’s no food, because the smell of Ardennes ham next door is going to make you hungry. Unbelievable beer selection for the remote location, with quality lambics in the mix.
