5 reviews for Beverages and More (BevMo) - Brea
| Hophead22 (52), Redlands, by way of Wisconsin,, California | | October 5, 2008 Typical BevMo, usual selection. Always a good place, but usually nothing different. Godd place for styro shippers though. | degrassi (2), cypress, California does not count - explanation | | August 2, 2007 I drove out of my way to this bevmo to pick up a bottle their website said they had in stock. Unfortunately the beer in question was not there, however i really enjoyed the service. The selection is good for me, I’m new to serious beer consumption, so they all look good. The best thing about the place was that the staff was knowledgeable about beer and willing to really take the time to talk to you. If I’m going to spend a few bucks on new beers I’ll definitely make the trek here, if not I’ll stick to the store in Cypress. | adrenalin112 (2), west covina, California does not count - explanation | | June 11, 2007 decent selection of beers around the globe with a few nice local micro favorites. new surprises dont come around too often. on rare occasions youll find a new mag, or a seasonal (i.e. utopias).
best experience here is the friday late afternoon beer tasting. | | Saarlander (20), Rancho Cucamonga, California | | December 5, 2005 [ Updated May 21, 2007 ] Alot more selection than the bevmos in San bernardino Co., still not great, but not terrible. Ok if I’m in the area! | | BeerLimey (76), California | | August 31, 2005 The same as every other Bevmo. One of the best places to check out if you’re new to the area or to pick up 5 or 6 new bottles a month if you’re not. They have a lot of single bottles but they don’t split 6 packs. |
