ATTENTION: THIS PLACE IS CLOSED! craftbeer-store in the center of Brno, selection quite good, several small independent industrial breweries and craftbrewers and a few international beers. prices are fair

Visited june 2022 during my three days Brno stay. Typical UM Lva range of regional czech beers, craft beers, belgian imports. They also have beer snacks and czech beer magazines. Convenient beer store when in downtown of Brno.

Rather small shop with barely enough room for three people to move around. Window/glass walls with shelves on them, I'm not sure how good is that for the beer. There are several fridges and place is air conditioned. They guy working there didn't even give us look and we were the only guests for 10 minutes. Selection is fine with some special bottles I haven't seen at other places.

A tiny, bit dated looking place on the corner of a tiny "commercial passage", with a bunch of bottles on shelves and a couple of fridges. Bunch of Czech stuff, but Tanker was quite prominent among the others on the shelves. Managed to track one beer that was in the fridge, canned (and not an unwieldy bottle) and a tick, though I would have found plenty more if I had the inclination to get bottles. The locals should appreciate a place like this I guess, though I'm not thrilled by the window-side-shelf-heavy arrangement (I understand it due to space restrictions I guess). The selection is fine, the prices I *think* slightly higher than average, though don't quote me on that one. Check it out I guess, you'll probably be in the vicinity and it opens early, it seems.

Small nice bottle shop in the city centre. Had to use google to find it. But it is not really far away from the main square. Absolutely a very nice bottle selection. Recommendable

Big, good czech selection, some bigger breweries, some craft. Horrible placement of beer shelves and not air-conditioned. Communication was minimal.

Decent selection of beer. Decent Czech selection and some Belgian match winners. I stood in what felt like 35 degree heat for what felt like 40 minutes while the guy behind the counter dealt with whatever crisis he was dealing with. Open the door guys. It’s too hot. Sort out your till also.

small but well packed bottle shop very centrally located. Good selection of Czech mid-sized and micro breweries. 2 fridges with mainly craft beer. Matuska, Clock, Kocour, Permon, .. Also some international beers but nothing too interesting. Prices are OK but some of the shops away from the center are a bit cheaper. Only problem is, that the shop has glass walls and the afternoon sun shines right on the beers. So some of the beers I had from there were a bit light struck, but not too bad, just noticeable. For the Craft beers .. almost all the bottles they had were 0,75l, so if you are here for the take away it could get a bit bulky (but it was like that for all the shops I visited). With some exceptions all the shops I visited offered more or less all the same beers, so it does not matter so much which one you visit. big plus: its also opened saturday (most shops arent).
