74 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 6/10 OVERALL 14/20
By chance we walked by a place this place en route from Torst to Barcade (I hadnít even put this on my map since I was planning to bottle shop elsewhere) and decided to pop in. It is tiny but offers growler fills and a modest bottle selection. I grabbed a handful of bottles from the likes of Stone, Maine Beer Co, and Captain Lawrence. There was more available but I didnít want to have too many in my bag. Service was friendly, the woman behind the counter offered to answer any questions we had but we didnít really have any. Prices seemed a little bit on the high side but I donít have much to compare to in NY, and I didnít really balk at price of anything I picked out. Worth a stop but not huge destination.

Nice little shop. Boutique is just it. A small place with a good selection of beers, with limited quantities. Iíve never gotten a growler filled, but they usually have a decent selection. Service is always friendly and great.

I stumbled upon this place. Very decent selection both in bottles and on tap for growler fills. Lots of NY and New England breweries. Fair prices. Friendly service. Not a destination shop but I wouldnít mind having this place in my neighborhood.

Little place, looked like 8-10 taps, decent bottle selection. Captain Lawrence bottles. Taps included captain Lawrence, pretty things, clown shoes, founders. Solid selection but nothing mind blowing

Went in not expecting much from such a tiny store. It must be something of a hidden secret in Brooklyn. Although there is a lot of competition for beer in the local area, this cozy little store is packed to the rafters with stuff some might find interesting. Vitali, the owner, and his wife are very knowledgeable about the different products in their store and they have a number of things on tap for beer to go in what appear to be 750ml bottles.
Decent selection, friendly knowledgeable staff, open late... what else can you really ask for in a shop this size?
With Barcade and Fette Sau right down the street, this makes a perfect place to stop and grab something for later.
