Havent been here in awhile, but we used to come out to Brooklyn once every other month for this place and a few other places nearby. Cool horse shoe layout between the bottle fridges, draft selection, sandwich shop and seating area. Solid bottle list and they always had something interesting on draft. I seem to remember them doing growler fills of Kuhnhenn bourbon barrel aged stout and barley wines - pretty great. I tried the sandwiches twice and they were great both times.

Visited with local celebrity and all-around good egg BLADT, so my experience may differ from most visitors. Bierkraftís a nice hybrid shop/bar/sandwich joint. The bottle selection wasnít massive, but included some fun stuff such as several bottles of 10/11 Tilquin. The draft selections were almost entirely local, and included some beers that I had to add to the database. I settled on a hoppy number from Other Half and was pretty impressed. The prices for drafts werenít bad considering the area. The staff seemed like they had a good sense of humor. Overall, a good spot for local beer geeks.

Fun place. This was my last stop on a days crawl around Brooklyn so feeling slightly hazy and in need for food grabbed a tasty roast beef sandwich. I also ordered a pour of beer but canít remember what. Thereís a selection of bottles available in the fridges that can be perused through as well.

My second visit here (no review for the first one). This is basicly beer shop with some 14 taps and a sandwich cafe attached. Cosy "Brooklyn-style" place. Taps are quite interesting and you can sampke them at cafe. Bottle selection is ok. Some European bottles too. They seem to brew at the premises and sell occasionally own beer there. I donít know what is the status of this brewery as I couldnít find it from Ratebeer (no beers available when visited but one coming soon).

Quirky fun little craftbeer bar, bottle shop, and sandwich shop in Park Slope. They definitely have some great beers on tap here...including a couple of cask ales...for drinking on premises or taking home in growlers (as well as the large selection of bottles & cans). During my recent visit I was able to enjoy Troegs Nugget Nectar on "cask" no less as well as Wild Beer M.O. The food is good...I had the bratwurst...but I hear the sandwichs are great. The place is small and can definitely get crowded...and not just the communal seating area...but also the area around the small draft dispenser and payment area. All in all a worthwhile place to checkout.

Beer-geek place in Brooklyn, New York. Iíts a bar and shop. Quite a good choice, however for me too few good IPAís and IIPAís or good stout. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is very helpful.

Deli/bar place we walked to based on its reputation. Interesting draft last. Eclectic and maybe overpriced bottle selection - or because Iím in NY it seemed overpriced. Sandwiches looked good, but we were still full from Mile End. Solid place for a draft, for sure.
