The painted black exterior doesn’t give too much away but definitely be sure to add this one to your Brooklyn crawl. Interesting tap selection with a diverse mix of breweries and styles. I can’t recall if food was served here. Lively bar during peak times but service didn’t appear to be hindered by this.

Great service. Very efficient. Great selection of beer. The crowd seem to be there to enjoy beer so the place was not noisy. Had a great time. Very knowledgeable bartenders. Definitely a must go place when in the neighborhood.

A very interesting craft beer bar located in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn. Glad I got to check it out. Attractive wooden decor and low key lighting. The tap list was very interesting, and contained a few brews I had never heard of before, but they almost seem to strain a little to be different here. There are other good options thou, if you are not after an oatmeal sour from Saskatchewan or whatever. The servers were friendly and helpful. I would like to come by again sometime.

Why have I never heard of this place until yesterday? It is pretty much exactly what I look for in beer bars. The beer selection is eclectic and large, but not pretentious and full of hyped up beers. I think that I looked at the extensive tap menu an and saw that I haven’t had over 50% of the beers (currently at 3300+ beer ratings). They even had beers from British Columbia, which I have never seen in the US (for that matter, anywhere outside of BC). The bar tenders were nice, knowledgable, and friendly. The atmosphere was nice. The bar itself was not too loud or crowded, even on a Saturday night. No food. Great prices, with options about which size you want. Great.

Stopped by here for a round with Andrew, Ellen, Brendan and street. Dark lit bar with some pinball machines (I think) in the back. Kind of split between old divey feel and craft bar. Nice selection of draft and bottles includes barrier, Westbrook, emilisse, prairie, locals and more. Friendly and helpful bartender while we were there. Would recommend stopping by for a pint if you’re in the neighborhood.

Stopped before national concert at prospect park. Cool atmosphere of rustic wood bar and brick walls. Bartender was great guy I came at off hours so probably more cordial than usual. Selection was ok bug some rates to be had. Prices for happy hour are nice. You can bring food in and the taco place across street is good.

Nice, cosy place in Brooklyn, New York. 28 taps with quite rare local brews. A variety of styles, alhough I’d prefere more hoppy IPA’s and IIPA’s. Good value. For me it was a start of a "Brooklyn craft beer trail" that evening :)

i was really surprised by the eclectic draught list. there were a number of breweries on tap that i’ve never seen in a bar before. they also had plenty of variety of styles on offer, from low to high alcohol, from pale to dark. very comfortable joint, friendly staff. they’re clearly really trying hard to make their selections interesting.
