An underground bar with a precarious set of steps leading to the cellar setting that is a large one room setting underneath arch brick alcoves. The floor isnít as genuine with smooth marble-like tiles put down, but it doesnít really detract from what is a very atmospheric setting. Thereís different sized tables laid out in a formulaic way, but you wonít notice this unless itís empty, and thereís some comfy sofas to enjoy to the left of the door after you have entered the bar. The service area is against the right wall to the rear of the room and includes six taps, although the bottled choice is extensive so thereís no shortage of choice here. Thereís a full row of stools here that will make ordering tricky if this place is busy.

One of three bars located in atmospheric old cellars. Lots of wooden tables and pretty dimly lit, much to my appreciation. Came here on a saturday night, place was crowded with fairly loud music playing. They donít offer table service, which was a bit annoying. Selection is adequate, but not outstanding.
I did enjoy my visit, but I like the other two cellar bars (Comptoir des Arts and especially Le Trappiste) better.

Nice place,a little bit difficult to find. Looks like and old cellar especially the entrance. Belgian beers in bottles and taps at Good prices. Nice ambianse and the roguewall decoration travels you to old centuries. You can play at darts and woodsoccer.

Visited in 2011. Me and my father stumbled upon this place by accident. I hadnít written it down for some reason. Very cool place located in an old cellar with a nice bottle selection. I had my first Viven beer here which was a porter. Nice to drink something else then blonde and bruin.

Tucked away in a basement (you can easily walk by the place!), this is a cosy pub with a nice but not too rare selection of Belgian beers.

Located in a cellar of a building right next to a church, easily missed, this place is spacious, quite dingy but cozy. The staff are very friendly and relaxed, and they know their trade well. The selection may be smaller than in other rated places in town but it features good stuff, especially in bottles. Nice Lambics and Sour Red/Browns. Not very expensive. Might be back again.

Located in a cellar, with dim lights and big, wooden tables, has a somehow ancient look. The range of beer is huge, there are also 4-5 beers on tap. What impressed me most, every beer got its own glass, which is totally unusal for german beer, but standard in Belgium. Perfect atmosphere to have a vew drinks after a busy day in town. Pub growths full in the later hours of the evening, which never occured as a problem, because the place is huge.
