A tourist bar, overcrowded, prices are ripoff (for example, when there is a band playing beers cost extra...). Go there once, take some pictures, just to say you’ve been there and move on.

The best place to find the greatest beers from all over the world. It’s always a pleasure to go and drink beers on this place. The selection is amazing, and you can ask to the bar keeper some advices. The best place is Brussels to find good beers !

A tourist cafe filled with too many people. Not a good place to really enjoy beer..also too pricey compared to many other bars around. would recommend the place if you are going as a huge group of students..also too noisy.

Si ha de anar encara que sigui per veure l’ambient. Línea de tiradors important i amplia selecció d’ampolles. Interessant local pel culte cerveser. Gairebé tot belga.

Unbearable crowd in the evening. Loud loud loud. Amazing selection but impossible to really enjoy a beer here. Definitely climb the stairs towards the Hoppy Loft.

Un lugar excepcional en pleno corazon de Bruselas, cerca de la Grand Place. El Lugar cuenta con una excelente ambientación, mucha gente de distintas nacionalidades, principalmente jovenes, musica excelente a un olumen justo para poder charlar, decoración excelsa con motivos de muchas de las grandes cervecerias de Belgica. Una selección inmensa de cervezas en donde como mínimo aseguran 2004 diferentes (entre las que pude probar la deliciosa Guillotine y la Saxo Limited Editicón). En general un excelente lugar para degustar deliciosas cervesas, en donde lo único malo es que el servicio no es de lo mejor, en virtud de que debes pedir directamente eb barra, teiendo que esperar un buen rato a ser atendido.

The review is of both bars: Re-visited Dec 2011: Stayed upstairs in the ’draught bar’, really impressed, large area and fairly quiet during our early afternoon session. Plenty of Christmas beers to hit and others (15 in all I think), printed list unlike the mega-book below in the bottle/tap room. Enjoyed it upstairs more than down! Old review: Although my overall score is high, I shall not be returning on a weekend evening again. The place was heaving with humanity, all in their twenties, loud and smoking, all 2,000 of them (well maybe a few less). Dark and full, two deep at the bar, no chance of seeing the beer list, or anything else really. So when I managed to squeeze up to the end of the bar, I just asked for one of the draught beers I could see. The 12% Bush (Amber) was however very good, and was poured without due haste or speed, all the staff looked knackered, but tried to look interested and smile, it was afterall 22.30 on a Friday night. If you are over 50 (like me and the other 5 people in my party), this is most likely, not for you. If you are 20 or 30 something, this could well be your beer heaven.

a lot of good to very good beer on draught, the bottle list is quantity over quality. it IS a tourist-heavy place with droves of back packers giving the place a very vibrant but not very ’rater-friendly’ vibe.

Starting to wonder if their claim of 2012 beers or whatever it is now is actually accurate, as everything I seem to ask for is out of stock. Guess it is a massive menu to keep up to date, but is there some sneakiness going on? OK place during the day, but pretty much a youth club in the evenings. Even when the beer you want is out of stock you will always be able to find something good here, but not sure how enjoyable an experience it is. Guess it’s good to go for a specific beer you are looking for. Well, if they actually have it, anyway.
