When we went, it was early on in the day and completely empty. Probably not much to say about it that isn’t obvious. Interior is fake abbey/historical, all stone and wood, but the trick sort of works and it felt ok. Usual delirium music spoilt the conceit slightly! Good selection of abbey beers, and easy to find something good to have, but not sure it is worth repeated visits when there are so many other good bars around in Brussels.

Good place, but nothing so special about it. Fair selection with good prices. Still, I prefer the original delirium.

I was not thrilled by my visit there, it’s a good looking place, but the beer menu offers almost nothing interesting, it’s almost always crowded with drunk students, in every way similar to the others " delirium " from brussels. I won’t go back there.

Wow, cool looking place with lots of character, wood features and a few little alcoves to sit in and enjoy. It has a small bar area with maybe six seats and offers up mainly Belgian brewed beers not available at the other locations. During my visit on Saturday 4pm or so there was still seating in here. Great ambiance.

Nice pub but the service was really bad. Only one waitress and she had no clue of what beer they had. Hope it will be better next time. Really nice pub in the center of Brussles.

As the Hoppy Loft, this should also be included in the Delirium entry. It’s just additional space, with apparently nothing more to offer than the main delirium next door; I purchased a special beer that should be served in 15cl glasses, my glass was no more than 10cl, also visible difference from the glasses of my friends; I made the waiter notice that but he ignored the complain.

This was really a disappointment. The service was terrible, and I dont blame the poor girl working all alone without knowledge of beers. Who left her all alone in there? I asked for Vielle Villers, but was given d´Aulne blonde. Beers listed as "new" on the list, wasnt available. Good beers on tap, and better atmosphere than the basemant at Delirium Cafe, but they have to work alot on the service.

Nice little addition - had St bernadus 12 on tap when I visited. Attempts to be a fairly chilled out bar, but the noise from the rest of delirium village spills in a little. Apart from that it’s a great place to sit, drink, and watch the over-friendly restaurant staff across the street hawk for custom.

Update July 27th, 2011. Smoking ban = this place is definitely better. Selection wise, all teh abbey, trappist beers you can dream of, just not Westie. Service, always nice especially when the place is near empty of tourists. Always have some nice engaging conversation with the staff, one being a homebrewer. Older rating: With this new place, Delirium now owns most of that street ’Impasse de la fidélité’ and offers a ’themed’ beer destination and more of an overflow location to the rest of the Delirium bars. This is the exact same overcrowded, loud, smokey place than any of their other location only this time, they focus their menu on Trappists and other abbey beers, and they still offer their load of Huyghes beers. The decoration is stylish with some stained glass and hard wood giving a feeling of an old monastery. Service is similar to other locations of the brand, they are either very busy, or will talk to you if time allows. Go early if you want to actually enjoy your visit. Delirium’s hoppy loft is still my favorite Delirium destination.
