This was a nice find, it wasn’t too busy despite being located not too far off Grand Plac. As the title would suggest the drinks selection was not to the level of the actual Delirium however there were about 10 taps selling a brilliant selection of beers. Above everything else the main appeal of this pub is that it is a treasure trove of beer memrobelia and trinkets... there are tons of old beer signage from around the world plaster every where! A must see!

Not that great. Too touristic. Selection is rather small for the Delirium-standards. Had Westvleteren 8 for 12euro’s a bottle. Wouldn’t recommand.

Loz and I visited here on Friday 16th December 2011 to be honest we rather stumbled across this place in an effort to get out of the incessant rain. This place was surprisingly quietish considering the dreadful weather and the fact that the town was quite busy. The beer selection was decent but hardly exciting, though the American IPA that I had (momentarily forgotten the name) was pleasant. The walls were plastered in enamel beer signs some appeared the genuine article in terms of age others modern reproductions, however too many of these can be a little boring, which I found the case here. Staff were friendly and helpful and seemed keen. There was a very noisy (possibly rather drunk) bunch of late middle aged folk who probably should have been told to tone it down a bit as they seemed to be rather annoying to just about everyone else in the cafe/bar. So whilst nothing wonderous, I suppose I didn’t mind it, and it is probably worth popping into if in the area.

This place is often crowded, by students ... so it’s very noisy, and not very suitable for a proper degustation ... they do have some fine brews, but most of the staff doesn’t know much about beer. I went there out of curiosity, and I Was not convinced ...

Not as little as the name suggests, but certainly smaller than the others. Quite a nice place to pop in to during the day as it is normally quiet. Still pumping out the loud music though. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Decor is what you would expect for a Delirium place. Definitely worth checking out as the draught list is different from what you can get at the taphouse and the regular Delirium. After all, you come here for the beer rather than the ambiance. Once had Boon marriage parfait on tap here which is pretty special. Pretty good prices too.

Located on the always crowded Kaasmarkt you’ll find this cosy little sister of the Delirium brother. 30 taps with mainly Belgium beers, but had some surprises in the list with a Paradox as the big surprise. Had a Monk’s Stout, Paradox and Hopus. Most of the other beers are well known Belgium beers. The service was very friendly and had a nice chat with the bartender. Had only seen the tap list, and a part of the bottle list. Of course not as big as it’s brother but a fine bar to start the day. They got a specialty; 3 beers from tap for only 6 euro!

Update January 2012. Ok, this place has gone downhill in my view. It’s the middle of January, and for crying out loud, why is the damn place filled with fruit flies. Secondly, whereas my previous visits had been ok, it seems that now just too much mediocre Huyges beers are filling the menu, making the place less and less interesting to visit. The staff is also on constant rotation and almost every other month new people work there, Delirium needs to start keeping its employees. -------------------------------------------- Small pub situated in what I often call the ’pita street’ near the Grand Place. Visited during the week, very quiet with few patrons. Good tap selection with some nice treats along with a good size menu of cocktails, tequila and other spirits. Service was friendly waitress served a few samples and answered all questions. My only pet peeve with this place is how the smoke ruins the experience. Even with just a few patrons in the pub the stench of lingering smoke is just plain annoying. Non smoking section in a small side room right by the stairs going to the bathroom. Hence my overall score. The July 1st smoking ban can only come soon enough.

Nice addition to the Grand Place madness in Brussels. It’s a quaint bar, much more manageable than it’s bigger siblings. Nice selection on tap and 30 bottles. One downside to me was the smoke of the other patrons, and this at lunch time, but I guess that can’t be blamed too much.

Visited March 18. A new place of the Delirium Dynasty, opened dec. 2010. A nice cafe with a great selection. Not crowded allthough very close to Grand Place. Proper glassware meaning right type of glass, though no logo on 3 of 4 glasses. A bit noisy music and bad acoustic, but it’s a new cafe, so maybe that will change. Great place.
