Small bottle shop with a good selection of belgian beers at very reasonable prices. Not bad at all !

A small night shop with huge selection of beers. From the outside, it looks just like a normal night shop, but when you are inside turn left to the shop window to find a great selection of beers, all priced at 2.50 €, crammed on the shelves without any discernible order. The selection of beers ranges from the cheapest own-label supermarket brew to some of the finest Belgian specialties. Tonight I picked up beers from Alvinne, de Dolle and Struise. The staff is completely clueless about the beers, so don’t ask advice. Being next to the police station, the place is frequented by police officers and feels quite safe. It’s the kind of surprising, quirky, unpretentious place you only find in Brussels. Conveniently located so that you don’t die of thirst on your way from Poechenellekelder to Moeder Lambic Fontainas ;-)

Corner shop without any interesting bottle. You can find similar shops at any corner in Brussels.

Tiny corner bodega that was hard to find with limited bottle selection. No Struise in sight. Dissapointing.

Ok, this is a nightshop, but not just a nightshop. Better than any other night shop in Brussels I have seen so far. This shop got an nice selection of Struise beers! Got some Aardmonnik here (took all except one) and some other quality Struise stuff. Next to that they sell some Cantillon, Lindemans, Dolle and just lots of other stuff. Of course a lot of food and soda’s. Take a look when you’re in Brussels, maybe he got some things left or some new stuff.
