Nüetnigenough

Small restaurant in the centre of Bruxelles, specialized in beer. They take no reservation, so people have to wait outside. Fortunately it was not raining when I visited. Ambiance is cool, relaxed, with quite a fast turnover of customers between the few small tables available. Service was kind and attentive. They didn't bring the appetizer ahead of the main dish and apologized for bringing them together, but offered a sip of French wine at the end. Selection is limited (4-5 beers on tap), but high quality. Overall, a nice place for a food+beer dinner in Bruxelles.

Another iconic small Brussels place, it can be hard to get a table here since it is usually very busy and very full. Good selection of local craft and traditional Belgian beers but the main attraction is definitely the food! Delicious traditional dishes on the menu, make sure you have a reservation...

Small place, just a couple of minutes off the Grand Place. Small tables and a bar for all the people waiting, and even some outdoor seating for those days the weather allows for it. Authentic Belgian interior, and tasty modern takes on authentic Belgian cuisine. Nice selection of food friendly beers, both on bottles and tap. Decent service, from people who obviously knows their stuff.

Multiple visits

Heel erg druk op de zaterdagavond maar na een kwartiertje was er toch een tafeltje vrij. Dat het druk is is helaas ook merkbaar aan de aandacht voor de klanten, bediening heeft wat weinig aandacht voor de klanten. Mooie keuze qua bieren, ook in de in België minder gangbare stijlen. Het eten is ok, had er eigenlijk iets meer van verwacht.
