4 taps (Hunter’s Gold/Krušovice/Bombardier/Guinness). 9 more beers on bottles and 3 ciders. You can literally feel the traffic on the street as the building is shaking when the tram goes by. Very simple, not that cozy. Not very English style. Staff was chainsmoking. There is apparently two more of these English style pubs that can be found in the city. The one listed is their only one in Buda that’s easy enough to find. Notable about this place is that they have somewhat unique beers on tap: their own házisör (house beer) called Hunter’s Gold, which is just okay and reasonably priced. Additionally they have Krusovice dunkel and Bombardier ale which are nice for a change in a place that is dominated by pilsners. Happy hours every day with price reductions on their tap beers until 1800. |
