May 12, 2012 Shotgun style bar in historic downtown. Nice feel with lots of locals and good conversation. Number of hometeam brews available: only 3!!! A Pale Lager, a Maibock and a Red Ale??? The visitors taps are chockful of regionals and the bottle menu is fairly extensive, so that skews the selection rating upward. Food menu is crowded with the typical pub fare, and was average to good. Prices are OK and service is good, if not overly friendly while having to serve every patron in the place singlehandedly. Could have been great, but I really came for the brews and having only 3 available was a huge disappointment. |

March 3, 2012 Get your World Beer Tour Passport and climb aboard! Several nice beers on tap and dozens in bottles. There are usually a few house beers on tap along with some interesting ones on rotation. Make sure you try Old Yeller! |

February 11, 2012 One really would not know that beer is brewed here if it were not lightly advertised on a chalk board partly hidden by bar columns. The inside is tired and old English decor with a local dive feel. The beer selection is pretty good despite having only two house beers. We had Storm King on hand pump here!!! Yummy. |

December 12, 2011 Great hole in the wall atmosphere. Limited selection of beers made on premise but all are true to English style and pretty solid, with no off-flavors. Great selection of bottled beers, local and national beers. English bangers was amazing. Good people to chat with on both sides of the bar. Overall highly recommended. |

May 6, 2010 They have a passport book that you can get checked off, It is called the World Tour 100 beers in one year. With different levels. Level 1 is drink 12 different beers and get a T-shirt. Level 2 drink 100 different beers and get your name on the wall. PLUS the price is good. |

June 24, 2009 Great pub! Loved the atmosphere and the selection of taps and bottles. Food was great too. Terrible brewpub! The only thing to complain about was that the house beers are terrible, especially their lager. If you ignore the fact that they brew, this is a great bar. Not worth the trip. |

June 5, 2009 Spent almost an entire weekend in this pub. Great divey atmosphere. Wonderfully helpful and friendly service. Great selection of beers. The stuff brewed on premises was good but not great. Food was excellent. Definitely worth a visit. Wish it were my local. |
