Up on a knoll (not easily seen from the main road) in a strip mall complex. Plenty of dedicated parking. Lots of beer selections, but it seemed they don’t stock very often. Not as good selection or service as the other TWM I went to.

great selection of beers but not many rarities. pretty much anything is available as a single, which is awesome.

It’s is one of the nicest Totsl Wine’s I’ve seen. Unfortunately it’s on the small side so the beer selection was smaller than I typically see at these stores. On the flip side this is one of the few total wines that has a beer geek who actually helps customers select beer which is very unusual. They also don’t feature the local stuff like other locations but they have a lot of bottles and the prices are usually very reasonable.

Typical Total Wine, but with an added snob layer. Not really sure why; most likely because it is considered "Meyers Park" area. The people that work here were pretty nice, but the people shopping are snobby. If it rained in the store, there would be many drowning deaths. The selection is good, typical of any Total Wine in Charlotte. Duckworth’s is close by for some draft beer if you are interested.

This Total Wine location is similar to others I’ve visited. However, this location has a better selection of hard to find brews like Founder’s Breakfast Stout. One con would be no growler station that I’ve seen but I was so busy finding rare gems I may have overlooked. Possibly the best thing about this location is it is right beside the best bar I’ve ever been to Duckworth’s.

Typical Total Wine. Large selection. Nothing really rare, but a large selection with lots of singles. Couple of brews I have not seen before. Good place to pick up a mixed sixer.

More upscale than most Total Wine locations, but still with the typical layout. Seems like the selection of singles is a little lighter than other locations. They do have a little cafe and some taps, though I’m not sure how many. Customer service bordered on surly.

This is a pretty typical Total Wine: a giant warehouse with lots of beer. They actually had less beer than I was expecting, they seemed to stock almost everything available rather than stocking each and every beer possible. There were some beers available that I have never before seen in the southeast: Flying Fish and some other random New England beers. Prices are good, but not particularly lower than Brawley’s which is very close by. This would be an alright stop, but it would be better to just go to Brawley’s which has a better rotation of beers and certainly superior beer knowledge.

Stopped by for the first time the other day. The place is definately geared more toward wine, but that is expected given the name. They seem to have a fairly decent selection of the more mainstream craft beers. Not the best place if you are looking for rare beers or one offs. The presentation of the beer is well maintained, seems to be sorted by country, and the prices are clearly visible. I like the fact that you can build mixed sixers. The pricing is pretty well on par with most other establishments in the area.

Nothing special here. Brawley’s is across the street, so I’d always choose Brawley’s.
