| Kollie (12), , | | March 24, 2012 Saturday evening. Busy so they gave me a buzzer to alert me when I had a table. They said 30 minutes. 90 minutes later, no buzz, so I turned in my buzzer and left.
The beer was only mediocre anyway. Stay away unless Bud Light is your idea of a tasty brew. | | blipp (68), Newark, New Jersey | | February 9, 2012 Pretty typical family-dining oriented brewpub with a spacious interior, decent beers, and average service. Awesome location downtown walking distance from a couple other craft beers spots and the downtown attractions. A flight of 7 beers was only $6. Worth stopping in if you’re in the area. | 1biernut (1), Chattanooga, Tennessee does not count - explanation | | June 12, 2011 I love this place !!! I wish i could move in. It would be the coolest apartment in downtown Chattanooga. Great house beers always on tap as well as seasonal. Food, well I never left there still felling hungry. A lots of choices, stakes, fish, chicken, burger and sandwiches and MUCH more !!! All ready looking forward to my next trip. | | Tomfoolery (17), Sedalia, Missouri | | March 19, 2011 Visted the pub enroute to FL in 2010. Cool place operall. Big building, lots of seating. Nice bar area. Wide food selection. We had great service! Tried the flight of samples--most good. I favor the darks so I’d rate the lighter brews just average. Good IPA and Stout though. Would liked to have spent more time here... | | Maltajo (34), TARRYTOWN, New York | | September 9, 2009 Nice big place with friendly people and a great menu. I would not travel far to get there but if your staying in town it’s a good place to go. The only beer they have is Big River brand. Service was great. Go and enjoy! | | Fatumsch (15), | | July 22, 2009 Walking distance from most in town attractions. A good place to take the family. | | lithy (156), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania | | June 30, 2009 Didn’t eat, but the mainly looked like standard chain restaurant fare. The service was solid, the feel was like Applebee’s, the beer was all mediocre but a great deal for the sampler. | | brianallen (10), Alabama | | January 8, 2009 I have always enjoyed this place. They started the Southern Brewery Festival, which a great event in downtown Chattanooga.
The beers are nice, but they are focused on making the Bud crowd happy. I enjoy the Iron Horse Stout especially.
The pizzas are good. I like the outside dinning as you face the street and you can watch the world go by while enjoying the beer. | | jzzbassman (26), New Albany, Mississippi | | July 15, 2008 Very nice patio seating that provided a good place to people watch. The BBQ Chicken pizza was outstanding, as was my wife’s southern chicken salad. Beers were well made if a bit boring, but service was good and overall a nice place. | | illinismitty (275), Nashville, Tennessee | | June 4, 2008 I am basing this rating based on Noogfest 4.0, not a standard dining experience. This building is far nicer than the Nashville location. The modern dining ambiance also has the bar and pool table area separate, which is a nice touch. They also have streetside dining which is great for people watching. The food ranges from pub fare (pizzas, nachos, etc) to more pricey entrees like steak. I went with the pizza which was good. If you like a tame session beer that compliments your food, then I think their beers do a respectable job of that. The private back room for Noogfest was a nice touch and the server worked hard all night. The only thing he screwed up on was not getting names or credit cards for food orders, thus we had some people that forgot to pay the tab (and we all chipped in to cover it) |
