74 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 9/15 FOOD 9/10 VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 15/20
Busy, loud, and wonderful. Expect a long wait, no reservations. Inconvenient locations on the mag mile. This should turn you off, but the food and service makes up for it. Best bet is to show up a few minutes before they open or sneak in at the bar if youíre going solo. Beer selection is decent. Had some locals like Off Color and something Iím forgetting. Also some import lager. Not sure what it is with this town and import lager but it seems to be a thing. Again, food is great. Itís certainly not healthy. Knowing people that have prepped here, the smears can be upwards of 70% fat. Delicious. One can grab a beer, antipasto, a smear, and a la plancha for $50. Pretty damn good deal for the food you are getting. Well done cocktails and a well thought out wine list to boot. Not much in the way of privacy here, communal seating. Elbows on elbows. Didnít use the shitters so no comment on that end.

Great and incentive food. But its in tourist town with a long wait. No clue why this is here as its not centered on beer at all.

Cheese, swine and wine.....beer isnít really involved. They do have a meek little list. All 8 or so being great beers...still donít know why they waste a spot for Estrella...but whatever. Food is incredible. Go for the food and wine...not the beer.

Visited this place on a weekday evening and it was pretty busy. Upperclass, professional atmosphere. Not a whole lot of beer on tap, but what they did have was pretty good or hard to find stuff. This place will set you back a bit, but the food was great. It was rated one of the best restaurants nationwide in some food magazine, so donít expect to find immediate seating no matter when you go.

Not reall a beer place at all, but the taps and bottles that they have are very interesting. Italian and spanish micros, with a few good (and relatively rare) imperial stouts on tap. Food is ridiculously delicious, tapas style. Service was very attentive and knowledgeable. High-end, but if you are looking for a "cuisine" style cafe with some good beer choices, this satisfies. The eason the rating is so low is purely from a ber geek standpoint. If I were rating this as a restaurant, based on food quality, Iíd give it a 90+.
