Bravo! The new publican reconverted a pub with mainstream beers on tap in a space devoted exclusively to craft beer, in Ciampino, a town with indolent and repetitive attitudes.I pay my respects to the publican and to his challenge. The ambience is nice, and in summer you can drink comfortably on the outside, till 0:00. Food, when I was there, was not recherché, but good. About beers, don’t expect to find a gose, a geuze, a sour ale on tap; well, I think I never found an imperial russian stout or baltic porter too... Ok, the publican is actually pils-ipa-tripel oriented. Bottles are mainly from a well known roman distributor, easily available elsewhere. So, what can I say...
