4 reviews for Ludlow Wines
| phaleslu (86), Cincinnati, Ohio | | July 15, 2009 Great little store along the Ludlow corridor in the Clifton Gaslight District. Rotating bottle selection, as chosen by one of the owners (husband and wife- wife is the beer specialist). Always some choices of Bell’s, Dogfish Head, Southern Tier, Great Lakes, Goose Island, Founders, Troegs, Pyramid, and others. Beer tastings on Saturdays at 5:00 until 8:00, closing time. | | foundmd (14), Cincinnati, Ohio | | March 7, 2009 [ Updated March 8, 2009 ] Nice little shop near the University of Cincinnati. More wine than beer (obviously) but the selection is pretty good for the small space available. Focus is on American craft breweries like Bells, Goose Island, Great Lakes, Southern Tier, and Tröegs. Purchased a Southern Tier Oat here when everyone else in the area seemed to have sold out of it. Beer tastings are common on Saturday nights. Parking can be a bit of hassle, but a great store if you’re in the area. | | Tmoney99 (254), Cincinnati, Ohio | | September 24, 2008 Went to beer tasting. Street parking. Long and narrow with well organized wooden shelfs in the front and cooler on the right. Tasting bar in the back for wine and beer events. Average to good selection and allowed singles. Freindly and knowledgable service. Nice location and will stop when back in the area. | beergrk (1), , Ohio does not count - explanation | | August 27, 2008 Small store but a pretty nice selection. Very nice and helpful owners.
Cool place to check out when in Clifton. |
