70 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 12/20 Travlr (999) Washington, Washington DC | May 20, 2012 Pretty average selection for a TW, with a handful of stuff from CCB. Staff was helpful. Average place. | 80 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 14/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 16/20 gnoff (256) Mölndal, Sweden | February 5, 2011 Shopped some nice beers on January 22, 2011. Stopped by from Palm Harbor on our way to Everglades. Nice selection of Amercian micros/crafts as well as some nice imports. Singles as well as cold as well as bigger packs available, as well as ice for your cooler. I can see myself going back several times had I lived in the area. | 80 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 9/10 OVERALL 17/20 blutt59 (131) Dallas, Texas | October 22, 2010 Has the standard Total Wine selection although
they did have Hoppin Frog which I don’t remember
seeing before. As usual good pricing also. | 62 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 3/10 SELECTION 11/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 6/10 OVERALL 14/20 beernovice39 (196) Montana | July 31, 2010 See one seen em all etc/ | 76 AMBIANCE 2/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 16/20 lithy (156) Capital of Appalachia, Pennsylvania | July 11, 2010 Typical Total Wine, was willing to help me track down what Cigar City they had available. Almost everything available in singles. Well arranged and stocked. | 80 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 14/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 15/20 tblfan04 (10) Clearwater, | January 27, 2010 Very happy with the selection of beer however most of the staff didn’t know much about beer which I didn’t expect anyway. but overall it was great and you can create your own 6pack | 74 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 6/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 16/20 boneyfiend (13) Largo, Florida | July 26, 2009 Decent selection of beer and the prices are good. Some of the staff actually know about beer, but not all of them.
there are better selections (Largo beer world, World of Beer, Luekens) but these folks are the cheapest. 12-pack of Newcastle is less than $12. Woo Hoo! | 72 AMBIANCE 2/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 14/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 13/20 Jellobiafra (10) Sylva, North Carolina | May 16, 2009 Excellent selection of beers, both craft and import. If you are thirsty for something good, you won’t walk out of here empty handed. Some of the employees know what they are talking about, others are just there for a paycheck. If you are into wine and liquor, you’ll find what you want as well. | 90 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 15/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 18/20 Nail (10) Georgia | May 15, 2009 Lueken’s and Total Wine are my favorite places to shop in the area. Total Wine has the best selection in the area and prices are reasonable. Like Lueken’s, you can actually grab a six-pack, unlike Lueken’s singles are readily available. Buying singles, with a slight discount is my biggest complaint with World of Beer. I want to run in grab a few six-packs and leave. I hate having to grab a bunch of singles at World of Beer, then wait for them to look up the price. | 66 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 4/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 15/20 markwise (157) North of Tampa, Florida | January 29, 2009 I agree with matta; it is the Wal-Mart of booze. They have a better selection of American micros than the TW in Orlando, but you will still get no service except for looks, and the occasional smile. Dirt cheap, but don’t look for many rarities or vintage beers. If they have it, it will be cheap. |
