64 Big liquor store, with tons of wine. The cooler in the back is dedicated to craft six packs, and the one near the front is entirely bombers and singles. Nothing too unusual, and no mix-six, but they do have a wide selection. The prices are very good. Not a pretentious place, nor a place for knowledgeable staff, but good prices and a solid selection. |
70 A liquor store the size and feel of a grocery store. Good selection of all the regular macro and craft beer you could want. Not always the most interesting selection, but something for everyone. Lots of local. Small selection of "rare/allocated" beers. 95% of the beer is refrigerated, which is unique enough to warrant a mention. Some of the best prices in town. Staff is friendly enough. |
52 Decent prices, staff doesn’t know anything about beer, staff is rude most of the time, selection is pretty mainstream but sometimes they have some rare stuff. |
68 It is a big store with a decent selection and fair prices when things are on sale, which they tend to rotate through. Most of the selection is pretty mainstream, so it isn’t my first, second, or third stop for beer hunting, but if you are nearby it is a good place to look. |
66 great selection at ok prices service could be better and prices are only good if it is on sale |
30 Ignorant staff, decent brews and lovely florescent poster board to mark their product. |
62 Decent prices. Pretty good selection. Customer Service has been average most of the times I’ve been there. Usually a few specialty beers that aren’t that widely available in the Springs. |
40 The selection is far from "the best in the Springs" and the staff do not know beer. While they have a fair selection, spend your money at Coaltrain or Springs Liquor Outlet. If you cannot find it at one of the other two locations, go to Denver/Boulder/Loveland. |
78 Great selection of beers. |
66 The touted ’Springs greatest Liquid Asset’ has been overrated for years, at least for the beer drinker, but recently they have vastly updated their selection, probably because they feel they are more in competition with the specialty liquor stores and not the huge ’supermarket’ stores that they can’t compete with. Recently, I’ve fount the ’Lost Abbey’ line (recent to colorado, lucky us!), a few sours, including out-of state’ stuff, and, for some reason they’ve been the only store in town to carry Unibroue’s Chambly Noire, maybe the best beer brewed in Canada. So, they’re improving enough that they at least need to be added... thanks. |
